Dipper is an AI-powered tool that monitors the prices of products you choose (by URL) and alerts you when your conditions are met. By creating an account or using Dipper, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Prices, availability, and product details are extracted automatically by AI from third-party pages and may be inaccurate, delayed, or out of date. Always confirm the current price on the retailer's own site before making a purchase. Dipper is a convenience tool and is not responsible for your purchasing decisions or for any loss arising from reliance on the data it shows.

Dipper is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the retailers it tracks. All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Paid plans unlock higher limits and features. Plan limits are described on the pricing page. We may change plans, features, or prices, with reasonable notice for existing subscribers. Where billing is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe.

Dipper is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and checks may occasionally be delayed or missed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dipper and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss resulting from missed alerts, inaccurate prices, or reliance on the service.

You may stop using Dipper at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
