Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid any charge.

If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 14 days of a charge — no questions asked.

Email us at support@dipperapp.com from your account's email address within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription in your billing settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
